ENGLISH PEA SALAD

Dressing:

1 c. oil..... 1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar.....3/4 c. vinegar
1/2 tsp.pepper.....dash garlic powder



1 can small English Peas.....2 cans white shoepeg corn
1 bell pepper, chopped.....1 sliced purple onion
4 stalks celery, chopped

Boil dressing and cool. Pour over drained vegetables. Refrigerate 24 hours.
