CREAM PECAN CANDY

4 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1 1/2 c. cream or canned milk
4 c. pecans, toasted


Mix 2 cups sugar, salt and cream; boil to syrup stage. Melt 2 c. sugar; add to sugar salt mixture. Cook mixture to soft ball stage. Cool to room temperature; beat until creamy. Add pecans; drop by tsp. or pur in buttered dish.
