GLAZED HAM BALLS


1/2 lb. ground ham.....3/4 lb. ground pork
2/3 c. rolled oats.....1 beaten egg
1/2 c. milk..... 1/3 c. brown sugar.....2 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard.....2/3 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbsp. vinegar... ..1/3 c. dark corn syrup
6 whole cloves, if desired.

Combine first 5 ingredients; mix until thoroughly blended. Chill. Shape into small balls; place in shallow pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 1 hour. Drain off excess fat. Combine remaing ingredients. Cook until slightly thickened. Pour over ham balls. Bake for 15 minutes longer. Yield: 6 servings.
