2 c. sugar
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 sm. can evaporated milk
3 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. broken pecans

Boil sugar, water and syrup to hard ball stage or until candy thermometer reaches 248 degrees. Remove from heat; add flavoring. Beat until nearly hard; add chopped pecans. Butter hands and knead; shape into roll. Roll into broken pecans coating well.
